We strongly recommend customers use their full legal name and double check the shipping address before submitting an order on our website. The postal service will return packages that can't be delivered as addressed, but it can take awhile for them to make it back to us. Please call us to make corrections to your address and we'll resend your order when it shows up here. We've been covering the cost of a second mailing as a courtesy, but that's starting to get pretty old.
We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders that are subsequently cancelled. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping but are cancelled will have shipping charges deducted from the refund.
